These terms apply to every person who creates or uses an account on v40e.club. Access is available where local law permits; it is your responsibility to confirm legality in your specific state or territory before registering.

We publish a notice on the site when terms change. Continuing to use your account after the update date means you have accepted the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page any time you see an update notice in the lobby.

All deposits — whether via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — are subject to both these terms and your payment provider's own policies. Any dispute about a transaction amount must first be raised with us before involving your payment provider.

Yes. Email our support team with your account ID and a data-access request. We will compile and deliver your account and transaction records within the period required by applicable Indian law, typically within 30 days.

If your account is suspended, we will notify you by email with the reason. You may submit a formal appeal through our support channel. During the appeal window, your wallet balance remains ring-fenced and is not forfeited.
